sparks camp episode 4 review

First of all, props to the editing team for adding cute effects:

Now, to the winners of the spa date...

Aaron and Gabe's date was really pleasing to watch, not because there was 'kilig' factor, but because you can tell they were good listeners to each other. And Gabe being honest about his first impression of Aaron was a heartfelt moment.

Meanwhile, the other date was slightly the opposite of that, with Stanley sometimes not being in the moment. But, on a personal note, I agree with Nick's opinion on having a relationship with an 'out' person. I, too, prefer someone who's not afraid to introduce me to his friends and family as his boyfriend, and not simply a 'friend.'

Going back to Stanley, when he said "Nauubos na English ko," I think we can conclude that the campers and even Ms. Mela were advised to speak in English as much as they can.

So my concern about that was if ever there would be a new season... Are the auditionees who are not good at English less likely to be selected? I mean, I don't mind seeing campers who use different dialects.

Bong shocked at Alex's dirty secret

In this episode's Moment of Truth, the three who shocked me the most were: Alex, Dan, and Gabe.

For someone who hasn't had a boyfriend, Alex sure did have a lot of sexual experience. I think that's just proof that his generation had more early exposure to r18 content. And that's probably why younger people nowadays don't get to experience long-lasting relationships.

Dan's secret was the most surprising, not because he was lazy in bed, but because of the fact, he was a top. And I think it's actually cute. He'll be like "You think I just lay down there? Wait 'till we get to be in bed. /rawr"

And finally, Gabe

He got caught (and had to pay), 'nuff said.
